Greetings HCA family,

Welcome to our new and returning parents on behalf of your Parent Teacher Organization!

We are looking forward to a rewarding and fun filled year. The purpose of your PTO is to offer support to the administration, faculty and staff of Hopewell Christian Academy through fund raising events and provide opportunities for social fellowship and fun for the entire HCA body – faculty, parents and students.

Following you will find a copy of our by-laws. We ask that you read them thoroughly so you are knowledgeable of our policies. Dates for other activities and events will be announced on the school calendar.

We can make this our best year ever, but that can only happen if we all work together. We need each family to get involved with a PTO committee and/or activity this year. We have some exciting activities already planned, but the biggest room in the world is room for improvement. Please offer your suggestions and participation to any of the PTO officers or committee chairpersons.

Again we welcome you and let’s get to work to make 2010-2011 a banner year!!!
